This is a 2.3mm jewelled ball nose stud in 0.8mm guage (or 20G for the USA) in surgical steel, which has been 24ct Gold plated. The jewel is a Swarovski facetted crystal, and you can choose the colour you want using the drop down menus.
Plain solid gold is expensive and unless you have a good bank account, it becomes increasingly difficult to buy gold body jewelry nowadays with gold bullion prices reaching their highiest level.
