High Quality 9ct Nickel Free gold ball with a Real diamond ! Set either in a 4mm or 5mm gold ball. The guage available for the threaded balls are 1.6mm and 1.2mm 14G and 16G. The diamond size for the 4mm ball is 0.07 carats. The diamond size for the 5mm ball is 0.12 carats.
