The head is a small 2mm round and shows just the jewel.   BioFlex 2mm Jewelled Push Fit internal Labret  This was my first BioFlex labret & I will NEVER go back to metal. I bougt this for a lower lip piercing. I feel that the stone was too small for that area. I think this size is best suited for a monroe piercing. None the less, this is an awesome piece of jewellery!!   Brittni

  Best stems the market!!   That these stems come with the option of a smaller (3 mm) disc end is brilliant! The smaller and less obtrusive the disc end is... the better.   2.5 mm head and stem  I'd been trying forever to find something that wouldn't irritate my dimple peircings and these are perfect.
