Also work in labrets/snakebite... If used in lip piercings (as I use them) just make sure you get the smallest possible base disc (1.5 or 2mm) and then you can use the threading tool to cut threads so you can wear your favourite screw-fit ends with a comfortable BioFlex bar instead of the steel (the BF bar is so much more comfy!)
