New !! This is a BioFlex internal Push Fit Labret with a very nice and small titanium jewelled head. The jewel is securely crimped inside the very fine titanium lip, showing just the jewel ! You can choose the Gauge in 1.2mm or 1.6mm, a length to suit any Monroe, Madona, bottom labret or ear lobe and cartilage piericng, and the size of the disc for the base of the labret !

The head is a small 2mm round and again, shows just the jewel. The thin jewelled disc that push fit inside the labret will sit nice and flat on your skin, it's perfect and safe for your teeth !

Good Looks great - but I wish I'd ordered a bar longer than 4mm bar (it's for ears).

Good Been looking for a nice small jewel for months and this was perfect. Wasn't sure about the bar length and ended up ordering one that was too long, however it still fits ok. Will probably order another one with a shorter bar, gives me the opportunity to have a different colour jewel! Excellent price. Naomi

Difficult Beautiful product and very comfortable. However, the push in jewel is very hard to get off if you want to change it at all. This may be better once the piercing is fully healed but Id advise taking the item to a piercer to have it done. Otherwise Id highly recommend this site and would use it again. Rachel Beckett

Fed up trying to find a retainer that can hold properly on a disc at the back and shows only a transparent little disc at the front of your piercing ? Well, don't look anymore, as you will be looking all over the web and you will never find one like this !

The Internal labret base comes in different disc sizes, to suit your piercing, and on the top, you get a small BioFlex disc of 2.2mm size fixed on a little shaft that will push-fit inside the 1.6mm gauge labret, and that will hold perfectly well !

You can now use this for many types of piercing, specially for the Labret piercing _inferior lip- this labret will also be the perfect retainer for piercings like ear lobes, and cartilage pierced at 1.6mm or 14G US.

The hole inside the labret will be always a bit longer than the hide-it Head, so you will always have the oppotunity to adjust the size of at least 1mm or 2mm, so keep this in mind when you choose your size for the length of the labret if you are not sure..to shorten the bar, just use a sharp blade and cut the end of the labret..

These work quite well at disguising my new peircings (ears) while they are healing. I can't put my preferred jewelery in while at work and nobody has noticed anything as yet (I think). Need to be careful when undressing though as I have pulled two out already due to the small size. Julia

Again, this is the very best labret retainer but for 1.2mm or 16 gauge US piercings. This Labret retainer is specially suited to hide your Madona or Monroe Piercing, your ear lobe and cartilage piercings like the top ear or the tragus, and more in 1.2mm gauge piercings. Ultra-Light, it is very comfortable !

LOVE IT I got the Monroe Piercing but was faced with the issue of hiding for work, since I work in a JAIL!!! This retainer is not visible at all unlike the O Ring, Love it plus you can buy the different jewelery heads that push right in !!! No more lost screw in balls.. THANK GOD... daisy

better than o-ring retainers i use these for my top cartillage piercings and think they're much better than the retainers with o-rings. they're a snugger fit and hide the piercing better. there's also no need to change the whole jewellery for a different look - just change the internal, push fit head and you're away. = ) nd
