What if I shorten my PTFE bar too much?
This one's easy … if you look in the package you receive from us, you will find that we have enclosed a spare full-length bar for you, free of charge. And if you make a mistake with this one too …. email us, we need a laugh!! Seriously, your satisfaction is important to us, and we would want you to enjoy your body jewellery... we can supply a Packet of Three standard 28mm length PTFE bars in all of the standard thicknesses gauges used with our jewellery.
