The Smallest Guage Nose Stud in the world! 18 carat white gold nose stud with either a small 1.5mm or 2mm Cubic Zirconia .
The guage is a small 0.6 mm thick which is 22 Gauge US!
The claws are holding well the jewel.
Just fantasticly small! If you have a hole who has closed up a bit, and can only take very thin guage studs, it's ideal.
