These are Gold Plated Labret over Surgical steel. You will find themn either with a cone, a ball or a jewelled ball. There are some called "micro" as they are in a 1.2mm Guage (which is 16G for the USA). They are perfect for your lip piercings, but also your ear lobes and cartilage piercing. There is also the 1.6mm guages ones (14G) and the internally threaded labrets.
