2.5 mm head and stem I'd been trying forever to find something that wouldn't irritate my dimple peircings and these are perfect. Best stems the market!! That these stems come with the option of a smaller (3 mm) disc end is brilliant! The smaller and less obtrusive the disc end is... the better. Make Sure You Measure and Select A Good Length These stems are SO MUCH MORE COMFY THAN STEEL! Make sure u measure length needed first - can be cut to size but push-fit hole in middle only goes so far... if you trim too much you cut it off! These Will Protect You From A P45!!! When I got my snakebites I was harrassed at work UNTIL I found the BioFlex jewellery and that saved me from a sacking! Good but ONLY for the RIGHT piercings These o-rings are usefull retainers for piercings but when used as oral retainers they have a tendency to slide off (evern though it makes cleaning fresh orals easy).
