This is a 1.8mm jewelled head on a 0.6mm 22G wire, exactly what you have been looking for a long time to get that tiny sparkle in your nose piercing. The technology is evolving, and made this now possible.
The length in between the head and the twist is a standard 6.5 mm.
The twist shape is one of the safest to wear on the nose piercing, and it is available in surgical steel, with 8 different colours for the jewel.
