Questions regarding custom body jewellery

Well, honestly, we have done little miracles working with all types of materials, but we don't like working with your own jewellery for the following reasons:

- Health and Safety: we need to be able to sterilise your jewellery and this is not always possible according the type of body jewellery you are sending us.
- Responsibility: if your jewellery get lost by the post office, or broken, we do not want to be responsible for this.

That is why we don't like working with your own jewellery, although we are pretty confident in what we can do. If you think the above reasons can be overcome, then please fire ahead with your customisation requests. We might be able to receive your body jewellry safely, sterilise it, customise it, and send it back to you safely.

We can work with Surgical steel 316L, titanium, gold in 9ct and 18ct, sterling silver, Acrylic, ptfe, and of course with our baby, the BioFlex !

We also use the genuine Swarovski stones, semi precious and precious gemstones associated with any materials.

We can do the following :

- We can form or shape any wire material of any size.
- We can thread any type of metal wire like gold, silver, titanium and steel at body jewellery sizes (1mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.4mm, 3mm). We can also put any size thread into any kind of ball.
- We can set any jewel (Swarovski or genuine precious stones) into any ball or cup size of any material like steel, titanium, silver, ptfe, bioflex and gold.
- We can weld with latest techniques of spot welding and laser welding any metal materials. Handy if you want for example specially welded balls, spikes and wire in any shape or form, with or without jewels.
- We can turn any material like gold, silver, steel, ptfe, acrylic and BioFlex to specific sizes using our lathes.
- We can anodize titanium to any specific requirement, with 2, 3 or 4 different colours on the same titanium item.
- We can rhodium or gold plate to 24ct any steel item to a maximum thickness for an better wearing life.
- We can highly polish and surface, metal or plastic.
- We use the latest injection moulding machines to produce our BioFlex, but can also produce Acrylic or any type of plastic material on request.

Sincerely, we are really the body jewellery specialists, and not the usual online "reseller" shop you may find all over the net. On top of that, we have the piercing background, we where piercers ourselves, and when we make jewellery, we have fully in mind its end use.
