	These titanium lip barbells are internally threaded and are coming with a 6mm flat disc on each side. One disc only will unscrew from the bar, and again, you have the choice for the length and the titanium colour. Very cool, but sorry, we do not have smaller than 10mm, so it will be only suitable for lips that are pierced at 10mm length or more. This type of barbell is used not only as lip piercing bar, but also in piercings like the tongue, and sometime on the ear piercings. This is a High quality item that makes a change from the usual balls used on the lip piercings.
