	Here again ou may need just the ball if you already have the body jewelry to either screw onto, or a ring to clip on. This is a nice quality Amethyst gem securely crimped into a titanium ball. The Amethyst used is a 3mm round stone which is 0.096 of a carat or 9.6 pts, similar in size of the standard 5mm jewelled ball you can find on the body jewellery market with synthetic stones, but the big difference here is that here you get a Real Amethyst ! You can choose either threaded in 1.6mm or just dimpled for use with ball closure rings. Just make sure you get the right thread size 1.2mm or 1.6mm for your jewellery if you go for the threaded type. And if you choose the dimpled dotted type ball, ensure that the opening of the ring you have will fit.
