It is important to understand that all the information on this website is only based on our experience, industry standards, discussions with Environmental Health authorities and their guidelines.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. All prices are in UK Pound Sterling. We have provided each product price with an average conversion in US Dollars for shoppers from the United States. Please bear in mind it is an average based on currency exchange rates of the moment, but only the final exchange rate used by your bank (or credit card company) is true and a difference may occur in the total of your order and it may show a little bit higher or lower on your own statement. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order and get your jewellery selection on its way to you..
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order in Pound Sterling (British) and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo, and more.... All payment will be processed through PROTX Secure Payments or if you choose it, via PayPal.
You can also pay via Bank Transfer for your order. Just e-mail us your order number and we will be pleased to send you our Bank Details.
All jewellery supplied is new and unused. Our jewelry is not supplied sterile and it is your responsibility to clean all items before insertion (check the FAQ). Similarly, all local legislation issues are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please inform yourself of all possibilities before purchase.
This website will be constantly updated. We reserve the right to revise all prices and to refuse the sale of any product on this website. |
Shipping And Handling Please note that we will not be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas as most of our body jewellery is shipped from our French Factory from now on.
SHIPPING your Body Jewellery
These are the general guidelines on how we ship our body jewellery, and they can vary slightly according the item ordered. We did offer free shipping before, but following the recent move of our production unit, we can no longer offer this.
You will find in your shopping cart the new shipping prices according your order and location.
We ship all items worldwide !
IMPORTANT NOTE : You will not be charged VAT if you are outside Europe. To disable the VAT charge, tick the exemption box during the cherckout process and enter your Country in the prompt provided.
If you are in Europe, you can also disable the VAT charge by ticking the box during the checkout process, but you MUST enter your VAT Number in the prompt provided. This is only if you are a trading company with a valid VAT number (or TVA). Retail customers will be charged VAT.
Please bear this in mind when shopping as all prices shown in our catalog are INCLUSIVE of VAT and therefore showing you a higher price than the final total to pay if you are allowed exemption for exports.
In any case, please make sure you input the correct delivery address in the checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for mail lost in the post because of mistakes in the address fields.
Please note that you will be presented with a choice for Invoice and Delivery address in the checkout process. We will ship your order to the Delivery address together with the Invoice and payment receipt. If you have a special request for the delivery, please use the "Shipping And Handling" field in the checkout process.
All customers will be responsible for complying with their country's importation laws and taxes (if
applicable), and all goods are shipped at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for loss or delays of orders shipped. |
Delivery Schedule Please note that we will not be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas as most of our body jewellery is shipped from our French Factory from now on.
We will try to fill and despatch your order your order within 72 hours of receipt. However, please note that in particularly busy periods and depending on the type of product you ordered, we will still normally send your order to you within 15 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 business days.
We always keep a considerable stock of many items, but the body jewellery range we propose here is astronomical and therefore it is impossible to have everythng in stock. This is why we also manufacture to order accordingly. Please consider this when you make your order and allow us a bit of time to complete your order when it comes to unusual sizes and customisations.

Tax Charges
Europierce Worldwide Ltd is a VAT registered company, and therefore VAT will show on the shopping cart and on your final Invoice.
Prices shown in the catalog pages are VAT inclusive at 17.5%. Your Shopping cart will show the VAT amount accordingly.
UK customers will be charged VAT at the standard rate. European customers will be charged VAT unless exemption is claimed, in which case a valid VAT Regristration number is required.
Customers outside the European Union will be not be charged VAT.
