Excellent!!! I wear it all the time as the bioflex is so comfortable and as I play a lot of sports I know it wont add pressure and cause a tear! Also it's easy to fit and there are so many colours to choose from at a great price!!!

To wear this 6.3mm Swarovski jewel in a metal navel bar, the metal ball would have to be of 8mm size ! Much better, much nicer, much lighter, much safer body jewellery !
