Having only had my piercing recently I was still having some problems with it but I put this stud in and it cleared up really quickly. The best advice I can give anyone with a nose piercing is to get bioflex and leave your piercing alone to heal. Just wash your face as your normally would and try not to touch it! I have unfortunately had to cut some off the end so it is an 'L' shape because the plastic stem came down to far in my nostril, but works just as well. Also they are much safer, you can't catch them in the shower when washing. I have bought loads!! Sarah
