We are proposing this one only in 1mm or 1.2mm Gauge which is 18 Gauge and 16 Gauge US as the head is 1.5mm and you need some difference for a nice fit.   Make Sure You Measure and Select A Good Length  These stems are SO MUCH MORE COMFY THAN STEEL! Make sure u measure length needed first - can be cut to size but push-fit hole in middle only goes so far... if you trim too much you cut it off!   2.5 mm head and stem  I'd been trying forever to find something that wouldn't irritate my dimple peircings and these are perfect.   These Will Protect You From A P45!!!  When I got my snakebites I was harrassed at work UNTIL I found the BioFlex jewellery and that saved me from a sacking!
