Now if we where using UPS or any major company that provide tracking, you would most often be paying more for your shipping than our jewellery.
We have been sending body jewelry worldwide since 2001 to thousands of customers, and I am sure you can rest confident our jewellery will be delivered without having the need and hassle to track it down. Just make sure you give us a correct address when you order, it is as simple as that !
Of course, if you prefer to have your order sent via a major courrier company, we can quote and will do according your desire.

This is really a question that people keep asking all the time, and it is understandable ! Here are some guidelines :

- For Europe : between 3 and 10 days
- For the rest of the World : between 4 and 12 working days, rarely up to 1 month.

These lead times will start from the day you receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped.

This is always because you have entered a wrong e-mail address in the order field requested. or may be you are using a spam robot that you need to configure to accept e-mails coming from us.
All orders are sent automatically an confirmation via e-mail ! And if the e-mail is wrong, the confirmation of shipping will also go to the wrong e-mail address.
So please, if you did not receive a e-mail confirmation when you first order your body jewellery, then the best way is to send us another e-mail confirming the right address. This will solve any future communication problems.

Well, when we look at your order, first of all, we are making sure that wrong choices have not been selected. For example, ordering a 6mm diameter ring and asking a 5 or 6mm ball is a non-sense as the ball would take the whole diameter of the ring and would not allow any skin to be taken. In this case, we send you an e-mail, and ask you to change. Sometime, we can e-mail you and just ask you to confirm certain choices as we are just guessing some choices are not logically matching.

And some other time, we put an extra with your order, and this extra is what we guess you need if you made the wrong choice for a particular jewel. This extra is included free of charge, and is purely at the discretion of the person which is processing your order.
