Shipping and Handling
These are the general guidelines on how we ship our body jewellery, and they can vary slightly according the item ordered. We did offer free shipping before, but following the recent move of our production unit, we can no longer offer this.
In fact, we have now updated our shipping service so every order can be tracked to make sure everyone receive their order for the following countries :
Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Netherland, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden and Switzerland.
For all other countries which are not in the above list, we send Via International Recorded Delivery, BUT with no guarantee! as once it has we cannot track the orders sent to them. So if you are outside the above countries, please bear in mind that we cannot be responsible for any loss of your order by the post office.
You are taking the risk ! 95 % of all orders sent to these countries have arrived safely, but we cannot guarantee you will not be in the 5% undelivered. So if you are not sure, do not buy !
You will find in your shopping cart the new shipping prices according your order and location.

IMPORTANT NOTE : You will not be charged VAT if you are outside Europe. To disable the VAT charge, tick the exemption box during the cherckout process and enter your Country in the prompt provided.
If you are in Europe, you can also disable the VAT charge by ticking the box during the checkout process, but you MUST enter your VAT Number in the prompt provided. This is only if you are a trading company with a valid VAT number (or TVA). Retail customers will be charged VAT.
Please bear this in mind when shopping as all prices shown in our catalog are INCLUSIVE of VAT and therefore showing you a higher price than the final total to pay if you are allowed exemption for exports.
In any case, please make sure you input the correct delivery address in the checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for mail lost in the post because of mistakes in the address fields.
Please note that you will be presented with a choice for Invoice and Delivery address in the checkout process. We will ship your order to the Delivery address. If you have a special request for the delivery, please use the “Shipping And Handling” field in the checkout process.
We will try to fill and despatch your order your order within 48 hours of receipt. However, note that in particularly busy periods, we will still normally send your order to you in 10 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 working days.
